Michael Hope – Managing Director
Michael brings 40 years of experience from the UK and Hong Kong, specialising in the vital after-sales servicing of Ferrari, Maserati, Bentley and Rolls-Royce. He believes in clear and consistent communication between service advisors and customers, offering straightforward advice and guidance. Throughout the whole workshop process, Michael and his team maintain the highest standards of care that reflect the EPA DNA.
John Newman – Director
John is a consultant and director of EPA. Like Michael, he has spent his entire career in the motor industry with the time shared equally between the UK and Hong Kong. He has a broad understanding of the entire industry and oversees the company’s structure and well-being. Through his long-standing connections with collectors and dealers worldwide, John is also known to identify, source and secure rare models of different brands, handling enquiries, negotiations and logistics.
The Workshop Team
Our company is staffed by a dedicated team of qualified front line management, technical and support staff whose collective experience reflects the standards of care and precision we uphold. At the centre of our technical department, we have one certified Ferrari Master Technician, also a certified ‘Ferrari Classiche’ Master Technician and a certified Ferrari Gearbox Technician. Their combined expertise ensures that every task – from routine servicing to complex diagnostics – is carried out with consistency and commitment. They are supported by our highly-skilled painter who has more than 30 years of experience with specialist brands
Our Service Manager, Service Advisor and customer relationship team play an essential role in the customer journey, offering clear communication and support at every stage. Whether arranging bookings, discussing maintenance plans or monitoring ongoing work, they help ensure that each customer is informed throughout the entire workshop process.
Together, our team brings a balanced blend of technical expertise, management skills, clear communication and reliable support, all working towards one shared goal: providing each car and its owner with the level of care they deserve.
